Majority culture, minority culture dynamics

Nice post with a detailed list on some of what is behind feeling out of place when you are not part of the majority culture in an organization.

That’s a helpful, detailed list. What’s not as easily addressed is the dynamic itself. Sometimes a third culture can be established but what it required is often time (it evolves with contributions and assertions and sacrifices on all sides) and determination.
