I am left speechless by everything about this.
- Wedding pizza. Whatever happened to ham buns?
- “No wedding pizza for you” This question was posed by a local TV news outfit calling around until they could find someone who wouldn’t sell some food item to a hypothetical gay wedding.
- attack the wedding pizza bigots, even if the wedding is still hypothetical
- stand up the wedding pizza victims, the wedding is still hypothetical
- fund the wedding pizza victims http://www.gofundme.com/memoriespizza The money is real.
- make a youtube faux TV show with the full 24 hour news drama. Make them Christian martyrs for their stand against a hypothetical gay couple who wants pizza at their wedding.
You can’t make this stuff up.
I feel for these people. They seem like nice, salt of the earth people. Don’t they deliver to potheads and bad parents and wife beaters too?
This whole cultural conversation sets them up, sets up their enemies “let’s see if we can get these guys to deliver pizza to our wedding” and then the media rushes in. Words to describe this foolishness on every side escape me.
