Conservatism as the new Race

A few interesting articles this morning on “conservatism” and its uphill climb in today’s political environment.

This whole conversation is fraught for lack of definition yet there are lots of interesting pieces basically seeing (or being seen) as how race used to be seen (or saw itself).

Jonathan Haidt’s advice to conservatives who want to make their way in academia. He draws the analogy to ethnic groups facing a cultural uphill challenge.

Dreher of course always writes as one under siege quoting from Alan Jacob’s post.

If sex is a fluid construct why can’t political orientation be inborn? πŸ™‚
