Proposed ABA Rule Changes

Is free speech getting increasingly chilled? I have no perspective from which to evaluate this piece or the proposed rule changes for lawyers but I find the item noteworthy.

      Don’t sweat it Nathan. You voiced a concern I always have. As a pastor I have to be sensitive to issues of perception and reader filters. While some of my members read things I might post on Facebook very few use an RSS feed to track my “daily link” posts. But yes, we are pattern finding creatures even in what is little more than white noise. 🙂 I’ll likely not give disclaimers much.

      On this post in particular, if there is a group even more sensitive to this than pastors it is lawyers. They are REALLY sensitive and for good reason. I might turn off a potential member, they could have far worse legal complications. 🙂
