Did Gandhi do kingdom work?

In the Bible the Kingdom has the following:

• There must be a king
• There is a rule (the king rules)
  • By redeeming/rescuing people, the act of redemption in the exodus and cross is part of what ruling means
  • By governing: that people submit to his will and do his will
• It always means a people: OT:Israel, NT:Church
• This king has a will, a law, teachings
• There is a land
