Premise 1: Human civilization as we know it is threatened by climate change

Premise 2: Atheists assert that religion with a personal god is a bug, not a feature created by a powerful overactive agency detector that creates viral religion around made-up gods often for personal political reasons. (See Richard Dawkins talk to Joe Rogan).

Question: Would atheists be willing to swallow their integrity and promote a hoax religion to employ this psychological defect in order to save the world from climate change?
