  3. Groups need balance of task-work and teamwork
  4. Groups need leaders who are flexible and adaptable
  5. Groups must learn how to deal with dysfunctional member behavior
  6. Groups function best when everyone contributes
  7. Groups profit from collaborative decision making
  8. a simple agenda can lead to a lively meeting
