fwiw, Dreher gets it wrong. This is less a policy than an HR piece for employees on how to recognize and respond to abuse. And if one looks at the actual parts that Dreher objects to, the notion that withholding of affection can be coercive in sexual way is all too obvious. Behind this is the conservative notion of crazy liberals out there trying to redefine relations etc., because traditional conservatives obviously know better. Except when the lose sight of reading the text (or the culture). And yes, I did write a note back to Dreher on this.
