   What an interesting idea to link church planting and colonization, and it does have a ring of authenticity if you look at history. And the suggestion of supporting churches that are already on hand with vital ministries is also a startlingly relevant for church planting ventures to think about. Of
   course, Houston’s quotations from Isaiah are absurdly misappropriated.
