    This is an interesting article. It’s probably cynical, but I would put money on it that Savage did this to more than Jules, the young woman who confronted him with it. If he did it to one, I bet there are others. But beyond that, I don’t think that the fact Savage confessed to it outweighs his responsibility, and his being held to the high standards of his office as pastor. The church can forgive — and should! — but I think they come dangerously near to also condoning, and certainly are not holding him accountable — which you can also do when you forgive.
