That’s right Jonathan, Dr. Pinker cannot see and what blinds him is his own insular intellect. He lives in a intellectual orthodox bubble which helps him formulate his frame for the world while not acknowledging that the vast majority of the populace do not follow pure reason, and neither does, for that matter, he himself. He’s brilliant but we all have blind spots, though some greater than others.
